Installing gentoo on that laptop for the first time took me twelve freakin' hours lmao over the course of a day off.

I know the 'flow' now, but I'm in zero rush to install on a server.

    @firekeeper if I may installing Gentoo on a server is a piece of cake. The configurable nature of the portage package manager means you can make a minimal server installation, extremely tailored to the workload you need and with a minuscule security perimeter. It's ideal for single-purpose VM deployments.
