                                                                Esto pasa porque son una cruza directa entre una gata de casa y un serval, que es un felino salvaje mediano de las sabanas de África. Gracias a esa herencia genética, sus patas traseras son larguísimas y sus orejas son enormes y circulares. Por esta razón, algunos ejemplares machos de las primeras generaciones llegan a medir hasta 48 centímetros de alto a la altura de los hombros y pueden pesar 12 kilos. Básicamente tienes a un leopardo en miniatura saltando por la sala de tu casa.
