When raised conservative, I was trained to blame Medicaid for everything. We'd be better off without it, they said. It's what's driving up prices.

But here's the flaw. If there were no Medicaid, it's not like current Medicaid patients would be able to pay for it. The doctor would still not be making enough money to stay in business.
