Is it helpful for cis folks to purposely start using the toilets of the "opposite sex" in light of the EHRC guidance?

Is that useful allyship or preformative nonsense?

Genuine question from someone (me, a cis woman) who used to use men's loos all the time before all this nonsense was an issue.
